Tarik has been obsessed with cars and travel for as long as he can remember. Over the last decade-plus, he’s lived and traveled internationally. But how he traveled shifted when he decided to plan a two-year journey through Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, combining both obsessions to see what happened.
It started in Australia, then New Zealand, months exploring two countries in high-performance cars. He was hooked. That led him to Europe, where he bought a Porsche to drive the continent properly for the year-plus he’d be there. Alpine passes. Mediterranean coastlines. Roads he’d always seen but never driven. And something clicked: it wasn’t about the car, and it wasn’t about the scenery. It was the combination. A machine built for precision on roads built through some of the most dramatic landscapes on earth. He couldn’t stop smiling. He’d get in the car with nowhere to go, just to drive. No destination, no agenda, just the need to be on those roads one more time.
For Tarik, the vehicle sets the emotional cadence of the entire journey.
That experience didn’t stay in Europe. It followed him everywhere, through multiple regions across the US and home to his native Texas. The same truth held: a high-performance car on the right road transforms the entire trip. The dinner tastes different when you’ve spent the afternoon on a mountain pass. Arriving at the hotel feels different when you drove yourself there, heart rate still up from the last hour on the pass. And Tarik realized nobody was actually building this. The right car, the right roads, the right hotels and restaurants, all put together by someone who had actually done it themselves.
That’s Seren Mont. Every journey is designed around who you are, who you’re traveling with, and what you want to feel. There’s no brochure and no preset package. Tarik only operates in regions he has personally lived in or traveled deeply, and every route, hotel, and restaurant is one he’s experienced himself. He built this company to share what he found on roads across the globe, that constant, involuntary smile, with people ready to travel in a way most don’t even know exists.

Sylwia
Sylwia grew up in Poland and spent years in premium aviation, working international routes where the standard for service wasn’t just high, it was constant. That environment teaches you something specific: how to read people. Not what they ask for, but what they actually need. The difference between a guest who’s relaxed and one who’s pretending to be. The moments where small details either hold everything together or quietly fall apart. She got very good at making sure nothing fell apart.
She observes what clients experience but rarely articulate.
That instinct carried over naturally into travel. Sylwia notices things most people feel but never say out loud. Whether a property has real warmth or just expensive furniture. Whether a day feels like it breathes or like someone overscheduled it. Whether the pacing of a trip lets you settle into a place or keeps you rushing to the next one. She’s traveled extensively and developed a sharp eye for the kind of quality that doesn’t announce itself, the places and experiences that feel right without you having to think about why.
At Seren Mont, Sylwia is the reason every journey actually flows. She refines the accommodations, the dining, the daily pacing, all of it shaped around who the client is and how they want to feel. Her job is to make sure nothing is left to chance and nothing feels forced. By the time you’re on the road, every detail has already been handled, and the only thing left for you to do is enjoy it.
